Have a good time
We regard our racing to be a family entertainment and encourage you to bring the family every Sunday. We will not tolerate rowdy, drunken behavior, foul language or fighting. Anyone caught breaking this rule will be promptly escorted off the premesis.
Stock cars are thrilling, dangerous and spectacular. We have taken all precautions for your safety while at the track. Management assumes no liability for injuries to body or property arising from any accident occurring during races. Ambulance service is available, but Raceway Park is not responsible for charges that individuals incur during races.
Fans attend races at their own risk, and should follow these safety rules:
- Keep back from the fence at all times
- In case of accident, stay in your seat
- Keep children under strict control and supervision
- When in the pit area after the races, watch for hot exhaust pipes and radiators.
- Use the aisles when ascending or descending the stands.
In the event of a sudden shower, the starter will stop the races. If track officials believe the rain is sufficient enough to cancel the rest of the contests, racing will not be resumed.
If intermission has been reached, rain checks will not be given. That evening’s race program will be considered complete. If the races have not reached intermission, your ticket stub will serve as a rain check for the next scheduled event.
